Need to display Nutrition archive on page

Hey guys,

I have a project and we need to post standard nutrition information about products sold on a particular page. Food items will come and go in the store, but we want a central place to post nutrition, preferrably alphabetically or by category (Chicken, Vegetables, Beef, Fish/Seafood, etc.)

Almond Crisps
Calories:
Total Fat: 5g
Saturated: 0g
Polyunsaturated: 1g
Monounsaturated: 3g
Trans Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0%
Sodium: 160mg
etc...

The only way I can describe it is if I took a "Business Directory" type add on and re-worked the labels.

I want the non-HTML "Admin" to go in behind the scenes, fill out a form with pre-set fields (Calories, Fat, etc.) choose a category and have it display on the site in the "Nutrition Directory". So shoppers can view detailed nutrition information for everything we have sold and are currently selling.

Anybody know of what I should try? :flex:

Thanks!
