sales tax and drop shipping
If your drop shipper is in another state say CA do you still have to collect tax from "the business" state say WI if the order "is shipped to your state" WI.
The reason I asked is I read somewhere that sales tax is collected only if the shipping point and destination are in the business state which would be in this scenario WI.
Does that make sense?
Just wanted to clarify to get it right :)
