Another really dumb question.....

Hey gang, got another really dumb question for you. In my store, when viewing product details(as a shopper, v1.3.8a), you see the image, description, price, the appropriate "add to cart" options and all, but, this is also displayed....

•Model: AX417T
•Shipping Weight: 5.5lbs
•500 Units in Stock
•Manufactured by: Amerex

right below the picture. The question is, how can I remove the number of units in stock and manufacturer from this display? The manufacturer name is redundant information and the stock quantity is irrelevant as they are drop shipped from my supplier.

Any thoughts? Or did I just miss a menu option in my configuration setting?

In admin/configuration

Display product weight - set to 0
Display product model - set to 0
Display product manufacture name - set to 0
Display product quantity - set to 0

This should solve all your problems :)

I thought that too, and set them to zero, didnt't seem to do the trick... unless i'm looking in the wrong area. I looked in product listing, new listing, featured listing, layout and even checked in the catalog/catagories section and looked at the individual products. It's really not that big of an issue, just figured I'd 'clean up' the page a bit. :)

Try in Admin/Catalog/Product Types/*your product type-usually General/Edit Layout (button on right)
