Help removing some text

Hello.

My website www.evysgifts.com.au i have just changed the template to have a bit of a play with it.

now there is this text on the main page :

Feel free to describe the functionality of modules and templates you need to enhance your Zen Cart by sending us a request for quote. Even more, you can use our site to download free templates and modules for your Zen Cart! Make your store eminent and surely customers will appreciate that. This is the main define statement for the page for english when no template defined file exists. It is located in: /includes/languages/english/index.php

i dont know where to edit this out. I have had a look in /includes/languages/english/index.php but no joy. Any helpw ould be great

Probably admin > tools > define page editor > define_main_page.php

Tried that to no success. It is as if it is hidden somewhere.

admin>tools>developers tool kit
search for part of the phrase (use the box on very bottom and search all files catalog/admin). Try "Our professional services" for starters.
