Image not showing in product description

Hello All...

I have read through all the image problem threads and have not had any luck. I am not a computer programmer but can get my way around html and filezilla.

Anyway, I create Word documents with images embedded. I then save them as webpages, view the source, and cut and paste into my product descriptions. This has always worked beautifully until I decided to add pictures. I did this, viewed source, cut and pasted, then changed the links to point to the images directory of my file. Then when I review it works fine and after I hit update or whatever, I can't see it anymore on my website.

This page should have a picture between "Care" and "Note". I'm sure it's some admin setting but I'm going crazy here. Can someone help me?

Never - Never use a word processor for anything dealing with a php application
Get a good code editor for this or use one of the editors in the admin

Sorry but that has always been the easiest way for me. Are there free editors out there I can use with the same functionality? All I need is something to write some words and add a few pictures.

I did find out it appears okay in FF, just not IE. I tried Publisher but that was more trouble than it's worth. What about the admin editor? How does that work?

Got to the tools > defines pages editor and select the default "HTML Area" editor - - it will be the default for that admin session...
