Changing the text for Free Shipping options to minimize customer confusion

Ok i have had a few people ask this. And this problem relies with issues of customers seeing an option for free shipping during checkout and selecting it even though the item does not qualify.

One way to do so is add a line of text after the free shipping option letting the customer know that free shipping will only be honored for advertised product only.

How to do so:

Got to your file server and locate the file freeshipper.php
this file is located in **includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/freeshipper.php
**

there will be three lines of command of importance.
you will only have to change 2.

define('module_shipping_freeshipper_text_title','FREE SHIPPING!');
Change the free shipping to something like this, "Free Shipping on items advertised as free shipping only!"

and do the same for the description command line as well.
