How do I (admin) add more products to a costumer's order?

Hi,

I had a costumer today that placed an order for seven things. He's order got Order Nr 222. Later he wrote that he'd forgotten some things and he ordered three more things. They got Order Nr 228. Then he asked me to add the products from 228 to 222, so he wouldn't have to pay for two delivery charges, and then delete order 228. But how do I do that? Is there any way that I, as the admin, can add new products to his order 222?

Two things about that mod and both involve the version you are using.

If you are using 1.3.8 AND offline credit card, it will mess with your records and ability to process card data.

If you are using 1.3.9, make sure it will work before going live.
