PayPal Payment Confirmation Request Approval

We own a brick and mortar store and often items may go missing due to theft/loss...

Currently PayPal is processing their order before it comes to me, I then need to check the customers items and issue any refunds etc.

How can I set it up so that I see the order details first, submit any notes to the customer and then approve the PayPal payment?:hug:

If you use Express Checkout and set the module to "Authorize Only" mode instead of Final-Sale, then you can manually review EVERY paypal order and manually capture EVERY paypal payment before funds are transferred.
