Move UAT changes to Production Zencart

Hi hi,

I have a UAT zencart site for testing of my changes on the site, which is identical to my production zencart site except the orders, reviews, customers and some others information.

If I want to move those new changes on configurations or php files from UAT to production, without overwriting those new orders, customers, reviews etc in production. What is the best approach to achieve that?

I tried to export and import some zen cart database tables (without customer, orders, reviews etc) to production site but it seems some review pages are missing.
