Most popular addons / modules

Hi there,
I'm starting from scratch from a new Zen Cart installation pretty soon. I've seen other posts like this, but they were old.

1. Is there a way to search the add-ons by popularity?

2. What are the most popular add-ons?

It's been my experience with packages like Zen Cart, that the popular add-ons/mods/modules are the ones I want and would find useful, even if I never knew I needed them!

If you don't know which ones are the most popular, please respond with the ones you really like and really find useful.

It depends a lot on you, and on what you're selling, and to whom.

My philosophy is to use as few mods as will allow me to get the job done. Installing mods because they sound cool, or are popular, probably isn't the way to go. Select mods that solve a particular problem, or add something to the Zencart functionality you really need.

Some people won't build a Zencart site without COWOA, but I've never used it.

That said, the mods I install pretty much automatically:

Master Password
Save Sideboxes Layout as Default
Column Grid for Product Listing
Fast and Easy Checkout

Anyone else?

Options in Free Software Add Ons to filter by Most Recommended, Most Popular and Most Downloaded would be nice.
