USPS international flat rate box and envelop shipping
I used to be able to have Internatinoal flat rate box and envelop showing up as shipping methods for my international customers. Now those prices are gone! Specifically, I was referring to:

It works before, but now it doesn't work anymore.
Is there a new solution now?
