transfering Site

I'm getting ready to do some transfers. The existing databases are

MySQL 5.1.40-1

and are going to be imported to

MySQL client version: 5.1.30

is there anything special that needs to be done for export/import settings or should there be no problem with the versions?

No, it should not make any difference, especially with default ZenCart database and no custom modifications made to it (such as adding database procedures etc.).
