Help- cant find attribute ID to change colour

Hi, I'm doing some customisation and all is going well with the exception of two "bars" which I need to change the colour off. The bars are seeminginly part of the MainWrapper and SuppWrapper but I cant find them on any style sheet to change the colour from #A8A8A8 to what I need. Please see that picture showing which bars highlighted in the red boxes. If any1 can help me identify where the attributes are please???

thanks for confirming the main and sub but it wasnt the colours, it was the sizing of the background image which needed to be adjusted.
