Plugin Upload Directory - How do I install addons?

So I have searched everywhere for what seems to be an easy question, but haven't been able to find the answer :(

I am just wanting to know what is the default upload folder for plugins? I've worked with WordPress, X-Cart, and tons of other PHP applications and most have some sort of "default" folder. I'm trying to install a Plugin for a store that I am working on and am not sure where to begin with uploading the files.

Any help would be great!

Things work slightly differently with ZC. Your fist course of action is to acquaint yourself with the overrides system.

After this have a look for the install instructions which should be included with the plugin you are installing. Most of the Add Ons also have support threads on these forums.

Thanks for the help! I ended up figuring it out after some playing around. I was trying to get the Zen Lightbox Plugin installed but ended up going with the FUAL Slimbox and got that and the Easy Importer working just fine.
