Banner/Logo Change

Hi again, sorry for the second topic but I do need more help. I want to remove the original zen logo and header_bg image along with the sales message and add my own logo that has its own pre-defined size. Basically what I am looking for is for the code to completely remove those, and then add my own to the likes of

<a href="url to page"><img src="url to image"></a>
