IE Bad but Firefox good

Ive read a few threads and still cant see what problem this is...

Firefox is spot on on my PC but IE is a broken (Narrow) middle...

Any ideas guru people?

Oh and go easy as Im new to all of this...

It looks like your Live Help image is too wide, and is pushing the center column over.
