Custom $400 freight charges on a single item..

Hello,
I want to be able to have a single item use a freight charge of $400 dollars with out it configuring the shipping charges as well.

I don't see an option to where I can create a product that will only have a freight charge of $400 per item ordered.

The items are very large and very heavy.
Please let me know if there is a way to do this and if there is not some work around I may be able to use.

I will be having numerous items that will need this feature.

Try making it free shipping in the product creation area and then create an attribute set for "Special Shipping" making it default & selected and $400.00 or ???

As I am new so help on where would I create the "Special shipping" as a default & Selected at $400?
