PHP Output Buffering (gzip) = OFF

hi,

does anyone knows how to activate the output buffering through php.ini. It was initially set to Off, and when i turn it On it remains value=0 on the my_phpinfo table, and obviously does not effect anything.

Could anyone help me and tell me how to turn the output buffering through the php.ini???

PS: i am on a mac.

thanks

Re: PHP Output Buffering (gzip) = OFF

It depends on the setup your Apache and PHP. Did you install the two pieces of software separately or did you install an all-in-one package like MAMP or XAMPP?

If you are using MAMP, you can try the instructions from this thread in the MAMP forums.
