Site is slow. How do I move to another host?

So I've been trying to improve my store and ran across this thread. I need to put the disclaimer now that I am a complete rookie at this.

I ran my parse times and here is what I came up with.

Parse Time: 14.066 - Number of Queries: 532 - Query Time: 10.5184576566
Parse Time: 128.882 - Number of Queries: 274 - Query Time: 69.4535017407

It is ridiculous, I don't know why it is taking so long. Our site has been running this slow lately and I am beginning to question our hosting. We are using startlogic.

How easy is it to switch over to one of the mentioned hosting providers? And which one would you guys recommend?

We don't have a ton of traffic on our site, but I believe we have been losing sales because our site has been so slow.

I appreciate any help I can get, like I mentioned above, I'm learning as I go with this site.

Look in the Tools ... Server Info ... does it show your Load Averages?

No I can't seem to find where mine is showing load averages.

What is the easiest way to get my site transferred to a new host?

I would like to try and do this as quickly as possible because our sales have dropped in the last week or so with the website being so slow.

I would contact one of the Certified Hosting providers and see if they can help transfer your domain to a fast server ...
