Point Reward Setup - Redeem and Account

I am stuck.

  1. Looking for a way to have the rewards show up in customer account?
  2. How do they then redeem points?

Currently they add up when you shop but that is it - they do not them show up their account and there is no way I can see to redeem.

Any help appreciated.
