Turning off Model Number, Shipping Weight, etc.

Hey guys,

There might be an article out there but I couldn't find it on the wiki. I'm looking to turn off the setting in the product page where it turns off he model number, shipping weight, etc. On the product page. Where in the administrative site can you do that?

Thanks so much for your help!
