How to modify upsxml to display french date for ETA?

Hi,

I am setting up a website with both English and French.

My UPSXML is working fine in both side. However only thing is that ETA information is only in English (date not in French)

I noticed that in includes\modules\shipping\upsxml.php we can modify the xml

"<AccessRequest xml:lang="en-US">\n".
"<RatingServiceSelectionRequest xml:lang="en-US">\n".

Is there someone who can help me with this please?
