Coupon not discounting retail price
I am making my first attempt at using a discount coupon of $3.00 off the retail price for one particular product. I've gone thru all steps to activate coupon. In test I get acknowledgment that coupon as been redeemed, but retail price has not been discounted in check-out or in order confirmation. How can I fix this?
