Turned off product still appears in listings

Hi,

I have an option that when the last item is bought the product is turned off in admin->products/categories. But when navigating the shop i found out that the turned off product is still displayed in featured/special/new listings. And when I click it from there i receive information that product could not be found. I've been searching for any topics regarding this issue and I found none. How can I make a turned off product to automatically dissapear from featured/special/new listings.

thanks in advance

BH

Re: Turned off product still appears in listings

What do you mean with "turned off..."? Has it been disabled in Admin > Categories Products (the red dot shows) or is it just marked as "Sold Out" in the shop?

If you believe you have updated all of the files correctly ... switch to the Classic Template ... do things work?

If so, then you have template and override files that need to be updated ...

Thanks for the update that the problems were with your template files and that when applying updates, you also need to apply them to templates and override files, as applicable ...
