Attributes not showing up?

Forgive me if someone else has posted this before, but I am trying to set up a couple of attributes with no luck just yet. I have two major product sets so far - customizable trading cards, and t-shirts.
Setting up the t-shirt attributes first, I've gotten the name and values in place but nothing is showing up other then a "Please Choose" box with nothing below it:

Now you have to add these option values to each product..

admin panel/ catalog/ attribute controller

1. on the drop down click on Zen cube shirt
2. you will have to add the option values to this product

I've already added them to the product, but there is no dropdown menu showing up on the product display. I checked my css file to make sure it wasn't one of the divs I've blocked from display, but so far everything checks out. It has to be a configuration issue somewhere.

Your issue is that you have affected a core file, after you have set up your overide file structure..

I changed your template back to the classic and the drop down attributes worked perfectly...

1. I did have to change the settings to the attributes you created so they could be viewed.
2. I am guessing here but reload this .php file
3. includes/ templates/ templates/ tpl_product_info_display.php
4. reload to your_template/ tpl_product_info_display.php
5. you can control this page by editing the admin panel/ catalog/ product types/ product general, click the edit layout button on the far right. Here you will notice many switches to turn off and on criteria on this page.
6. admin panel/ tools/ template selection/ switch back to your custom name
