Editing shipping details if customer has multiple addresses

Hiya

I have some customers who have more than one shipping address and I am unable to edit the other addresses. Is there any way around this?

Please help:unsure:

Christy, to be on the safe side of the law I would ask the customer to return to the store and edit their account details (shipping address).

You could, however, install the mod 'login as customer' and then make the edits. But I would still get agreement from the customer first. It is handy if you have a customer who point-blank finds web shopping difficult and needs your helping hand
