Font creators - making an e look like an @

Can anyone recommend to me some kind of a True Type Font Creator I can use to make an e look like an @ sign? Preferably using the Bernard MT Condensed font (or similar)...

I've had a go using Fireworks and a couple of font creators I came across, but quite frankly the results are shockingly bad :P

Or if anyone's feeling bored and can knock one up for me, I wouldn't argue with that either.

You can not control what fonts your customers browsers have available...

To get the @ sign use it's ascii code

Had to add spaces so that the forum would not convert it

Ah, sorry, I should have said, it's for a graphic only (the choice of font is mine that I've used already)

Can't your graphic editor insert text into the image?

That's what I tried and it looked awful, it's surprisingly harder than you'd think to do (even now feel a bit silly asking about this)
