Renaming/Rewording the buttons for payment options during checkout

Hi All,

I would like to rename the 'Cash on Delivery' text on the checkout page 2 (before confirmation) when the customer checks out.

I searched numerous files, but couldn't find it - does anyone know where to find this or which file to edit?
