adding a page to a sidebox

Hi -

I'd like to add a link to a new page under "Information" to give instructions to my in-state reseller customers on how to get tax-exempt status with my shop. What's the recommended way of doing something like this?

Thanks, haredo. I read the link, and a few others, and decided to go with the "FAQ Page" add-on. I think I'm good to go now.
