You will have to use standard HTML techniques when you add the product description information.
Additionally, using <div> style id's and classes in your HTML, you will be able to add style declarations to your content, which will influence the layout and design of your description content.
EG:
<table class="productContentTable" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%">
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerOne">This is one layer of content</td></tr>
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerTwo"></td></tr>
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerThree">This is a second layer of content</td></tr>
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerFour"></td></tr>
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerFive">This is a third layer of content</td></tr>
<tr>
<td class="productContentLayerSix"></td></tr></table>
... and the styles...
.productContentTable {background-color: #9e9e9e;}
.productContentLayerOne {color:#cc0000; padding: 10px;}
.productContentLayerTwo {border-bottom: 1px solid #4d4d4d;}
.productContentLayerThree {color:#cc0000; padding: 10px;}
.productContentLayerFour {border-bottom: 1px solid #4d4d4d;}
.productContentLayerFive {color:#cc0000; padding: 10px;}
.productContentLayerSix {border-bottom: 1px solid #4d4d4d;}
