Change the "filter by" drop down menu

Does anyone know how to change the "Filter By" drop down menu?

At the moment it is just showing letters A-Z and numbers 1-9.

I would like to change this so people can sort by:

Manufacturer, Lowest Price, Highest Price, Most Recent and possibly others.

I am using Zen Cart 3.8
