Item name and description during Paypal processing

Regarding payment, my problem is that when the site jumps to paypal.com, the description of the item is "STORE_NAME Purchase" (where STORE_NAME is the actual name), and under that "Item # Store Receipt". I've seen this issue mentioned, but I can't seem to find a solution for this.

Notes:

• 1.3.8 version of Zen Cart
• No addons

1. Click "Remove" on your Website Payments Standard (IPN) payment module.
2. Then click "Install" on your Express Checkout module and configure it: https://www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal

Express Checkout will send line-item details to PayPal. The other won't.

Now the problem is,

"An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (7) couldn't connect to host"

I searched this up, but couldn't find any clear answer to the problem.

You need to talk to your hosting company to get them to allow CURL to talk to paypal.com
