Disable UPS options by state?

Hello,

I only two shipping options available for UPS:

  1. Ground
  2. 2nd day

What I need to do is to suppress the Ground Shipping option for any ship to addresses that are not in California.

Please help!!

Create a zone for California and set UPS to use that zone, others will then not receive a ground rate.
