Comments in Confirmation Email

Does anyone know how to include the customer's comments in the "order confirmation email"? I believe I see a section for it in the admin/orders.php, however, I do not know how to make them show up.

When a customer places an order and leaves a comment, it does not show up anywhere unless you go into ADMIN. These comments are normally very important. I would like them to show up in the confirmation email so I see them when I get the order.

Have you made changes to your includes/classes/order.php file? I believe this is where the comments are added to the email. But I think the default is that they are added.

I don't know if you ever got this resolved, but we did the following:

This allowed us to highlight any order emails with customer comments for quick response by email. :)
