Admin Area Catalog Search Won't Work for me?

Admin Area Catalog Search Won't Work for me?

In my second cart when I use the Admin Area Catalog Search Function I cannot get any results returned for Porducts by Name or ID. I can search for a Category, like Dragons or Fairy or Furniture and it will return that folder.

If I try NEM2552 which is a product ID or Abatwyn which is a Product Name (and in the catalog) then no result is returned.

Any Ideas why this happens?

1.3.8a and it is my second cart. Works ok in the first one I made.

No resolution to this problem other than to uninstall the cart and reinstall it again. It seems that this search issue can 'just happen' so if it happens to you and you find this thread, my solution was to start all over again and now it works.
