How can I put all my products 20% off?

I want all the items in my store to be 20% off is there a way that I can do it so each listing show that the item is 20% off But can I do it in a bulk manner and not one at a time

One method is to use the SaleMaker and create a Sale for 20% off and set all Categories to it ...

Hi, I have a similar problem, however although I am using Salemaker to give a 10% discount it does not give a 10% discount of the quantity price breaks for each item. Is there anyway to fix this without changing price breaks to a % discount?
