How to back up? - where to find more info?

Could anyone give me directions to info about how to back up online shop (including database) ?

Do you have access to cPanel? Creating complete back-ups is one of it's modules. If not, surely your host has some method available to you.

Ftp is another method, just drag the whole site to a folder you create on your PC.

No, unfortunatelly I don't have an access to cPanel. Ftp yes, but I wonder if its going to work for everything. I mean database for example, could I have to export it from phpMyAdmin or just simply, like you said, copy everything from ftp server?

I just want to be 100% sure that I do it properly

Hope this helps. (assuming you have access to phpMyAdmin)

With my limited knowledge, Ftp will only get the "site" (but it's a really good idea to do this)
