Error bringing up the admin page

I am getting an error whenever I try to access the admin page. This is a brand new install, just installed earlier today, hasn't been working at all.

Fatal error: Class 'template_func' not found in /home/a7580917/public_html/admin/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 31

Found out that SmartFTP didn't upload the file (not using that program again thats for sure), it also fixed the blank page problem - re-uploading it

now I have another problem;
Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_start_featured() in admin/includes/init_includes/init_special_funcs.php on line 27
