How to edit out "Tag Line here" on header?

Hi, I'm trying to edit out the "Tag Line Here" that is showing up on the header area. I looked in the tutorials but I'm sorry I could not find it. I looked in the Template I used and did not find it there either.

Any help would be appreciated.
