How do I change the color of the header text?

I have read and looked til my eyes bled..... I want to change the grey text in the header. Site is http://greatlakesherbalife.com/ why are these simple questions not outlined? Am I the only one? :frusty::frusty:

Add this to your stylesheet and adjust color as you desire

        }
