Removing site name from header

I was wondering if someone could answer this for me. I know how to remove the "tagline" text from the header area, however I need to remove the site name. I have never had this problem before in removing it and it is driving crazy.

Well, you obviously know that your site's name is designed into the header image, so you must be talking about the 'Welcome to' line.

Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Customer Greeting ...
