Login details doesn't line up

Hi,
I'm using 1.3.8 and the orange template. The login page boxes don't line up.

I swapped to classic template and they do line up

I've tried comparing the classic template CSS and Orange CSS but can't see where the problem might be.

Some of the CSS code is:

textarea{ float:left; margin: auto; display: block; width: 95%; }

Am I looking in the right place or is it somewhere else?

I'll never understand why template designers change this stuff, but if you put this in your stylesheet, as it is in the Clasic template, it'll fix everything but that extra box you have under State, which doesn't have a label and shouldn't be there anyway.
