A Huge thanks to Ajeh, the problem was found and fixed: The define('MODULE_SHIPPING_PERWEIGHTUNIT_TEXT_TITLE', 'Shipping:'); was incomplete in the perweightunit.php file.

Every bit of help I get here, gets me that much closer to helping others
