sideboxes-1.3.9-custome template

first this is not really a problem but it is a bit confusing.

when i created the test store for the upgrade I did what I was supposed to do but the only thing I did not install was paypal mod and all the images...after all this is not our live store.

what I noticed is that yes there were a few edits for the mods to behave but

when i go to the admin/tools/layout boxes controller ---

in 1.3.8a you saw the sideboxs/your_template/file name

1.3.9 they seem to appear as if they are listed in the template default sidebox folder

did i do something wrong? I mean they do show on the store front but it is confusing and will take some getting used to is all.

I can't quite figure out what you're trying to say.
But, whatever you're describing doesn't sound normal.

It appears as though the screenshot on the left doesn't have an active template associated, so therefore isn't listing settings specific to a custom template the way the one on the right does.
It's working the same as it always has.

not sure what you mean, the template is selected in the section to set which template to use and shows in the catalog for customers to see as the chosen template.

As I said not a big thing but was just wondering if it was intended or not...it works like it should for overridden sideboxes just doesn't show as such.
