Exporting Shipping information
I am having problems exporting shipping information onto an excel spreadsheet. Once logged in I go to Tools, then Export Shipping/Ordering information. I select all the information fields i am looking for on the right hand side and then click on the Export to Excel Spreadsheet link. I am able to upload the information I need however there are always several orders missing and I have to go back in and manually enter them in. Does anyone know how to fix the problem so that all of my orders shipping information will be exported to the Excel spread sheet all at once??
