Cart will not look up Discount Coupons

Using 1.38a
I have installed the discount module and set up a discount coupon in admin. If I click on the link "Discount Coupon" in the main store and type in the discount code it does not return with information (http://www.poshpopulation.com/discount_coupon.html code test). However, I can use the coupon during checkout and it deducts the price appropriately.

Start Date :: 04/26/2010
End Date :: 04/26/2011
Uses per Coupon :: 25
Uses per Customer :: 1
Valid Product List :: --none--
Valid Categories List :: --none--

What do I need to do to allow customers to look up the coupon?

First, test if this is your template by switching to Classic Template ... does it work?

Next, turn off the SEO/Rewrites ... does it work?

SEO URLs removal fixed the problem. Thank you.
