when people try yo check out why do they get this error Sorry, we are not shipping to your region I want my whole site to have free shipping.

I want all my products to be free shipping all the time and the only shipping that is on is freeshipper and I am using 1.3.8 a clean install and the product is not virtual and all products have a shipping weight

Free shipper needs some type of condition to be true to work ...

Any one of these will work for you ...
1 0 weight must mean Free Shipping in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

Note: When using Free Shipping, Enable the Free Shipping Module this will only show when shipping is free.

2 Always Free Shipping: **Yes, Always Free Shipping **

Either of these will trigger the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper to work ...
