Why the changes to category_product_listing.php in 1.3.9?

Just wondering what the point is of the change to layout when editing a category. Why does Categories / Products - Top show up in the left hand pane? I see I can edit line 172 to put it back the way it used to be. Is it just me? I see the same behavior in 2 installs I have upgraded and I don't see the point.

Were you doing a search on something that displays Categories and Products then edited a Category?

Or do you have mixed Categories and Products in the same Category?

This is the result of the search changes ...

While it does not hurt anything ... we will look into this further for a tidier solution ...

Thanks Ajeh. It just annoyed me and seemed weird. Not a problem though as you say.
