Darkness Template - No Index when categories show on main page

Hi, I hope this is in the right place, i couldnt find an existing darkness template support thread.

I have been using the darkness template for a while with no problems, my site was actually doing quite well and was on page 1 of google for a few search terms.

Anyway, i havent had any sales for a while so thought i would check it out.

I switched the categories to show on main page and that causes a no index, no follow tag to appear in my source code.

Is it possible to fix it so i can have the categories on the main page and still have my page indexed?

Do i just take it out of the meta tags file or is it anywhere else too?

Upgrading to 1.3.9a would fix it, too.
