Does phpbb3 3.0.7-PL1 work with ZC 1.3.9a?

I just installed ZC 1.3.9a to a new host and tried to make it work with phpbb3 3.0.7-PL1.

I have followed the instruction in this thread. ->

For the include/configure.php, I have "define('DIR_WS_PHPBB', '/forum/');"

And I already made the Enable phpBB linkage to be TRUE.

But it didn't work. I can't see the "forum" in the information tab, nor the forum username for a new customer to sign up.
